An American company is hiring for LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) / LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) medical clinics of American airbase located in Germany (Rhineland-Palatinate)
Eligibility & Benefits
• B.SC/ GNM (Senior position & hired scale is available for Nurses who have passed M.SC)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience during the last 3 years.
• NCLEX passed nurse (Can be expired)
• IELTS – 7.0 in each band (Can be expired)
• Salary range : $30,000 year
• Registration fee for schedule the NCLEX-RN exam
Nurses shall possess the following knowledge:
• Knowledge of standard nursing care principles, procedures, and practices.
• Knowledge and skill in cardiopulmonary resuscitation used to initiate resuscitation measures when necessary and assist medical team in providing support measure.
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, their expected beneficial effects, and potential side effects.
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures.
Description
• Serve as an LPN/LVN performing patient care and nursing administrative duties for outpatients while following federal, state, and all other applicable policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures; set-up procedure room and equipment; provide individualized patient education for preventive healthcare and health maintenance.
• Prepare and position patients for examinations and treatments.
• Provide individualized patient teaching regarding their individual deployment-health concerns and ensure the deployed service member knows the avenue for accessing referral or follow-up care.
• Provide patients with the utmost care and attention. All patients shall be assured of their privacy and personal dignity.
• Perform infection control procedures, as necessary.
• Report communicable diseases to Public Health immediately or within the same duty day
• Prepare all documentation all local, state, federal, and all other applicable standards, to include: timeliness, accuracy, content, and signature (e.g. prevention / chronic care flow sheets). Only MTF and approved abbreviations shall be used for documentation of the patient health record.
• Maintain current knowledge of content and intent of government policy regarding health assessments and process guidance provided by the government. Policies are located within the MTF, and will be provided during initial orientation and annual training requirements.
• Possess current knowledge of applicable Clinic Practice Guidelines (CPG).
• Complete all deployment health clinician training required by the government. Training will be conducted by the MTF, and will be provided during initial orientation and annual training requirements.
• Comply with the Health Application User’s Guide.
