Job description :

* Sourcing CVs as per the JDs from Job Portals.

* Screening the CVs

* Excellent understanding of Profiles and Search Mechanism is Must.

* taking face to face Interviews.

* CTC Negotiations and Salary Details

* Offer Release

* On Boarding and Joining Formalities

* in short responsible for end to end recruitment.

Skill Sets required

* Search skills

* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

* Good knowledge of all portals

* Positive attitude and Open Mindset

* day shifts only

* fixed timing from 9:30 to 6:30

* fixed Sunday and alternate Saturday off
