Roles and Responsibilites

• Involved in end to end recruitment


• Understanding client requirements and should be an individual contributor


• Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals and also generating leads through references.


• Having telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them technically and also from HR point of view.


• Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the client.


• Having final HR discussion after technical rounds to confirm on selected candidates, joining, salary negotiation.


• Having experience in hiring candidates for different companies.
