Job Responsibilty:
• End to End Recruitment
• Understanding client requirement and organization with regard to their existing business actives.
• Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through
available resources.
• Screening the profiles.
• Conducting a telephonic interview.
• Evaluating candidates based on his communication, experience, technical skills, attitude etc.
• Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.
• Generating and maintaining database for future requirements.
• Lining up the candidates.
• Keeping a track of the candidates selected.
• Developing a rapport with the candidates & clients.
• Salary negotiation.
• Follow up till the date of joining.
• Closing the positions.
