• Ability to generate business leads, analyse project performance Implementation of contract negotiations, Operation, maintenance, procurement, value added product development marketing, installing complaint handling systems in Ready Mix Concrete Industry

• Developing, Conceptualizing & implementing short & long-term strategic business marketing plans in tune with latest market trend, competitive scenario, macro business opportunities and channel readiness.

• Achieve overall Sales Budget with actual realisation of bottom line and net profit.

• Win new business from competitors through superior service and technical support

• Liaison with different customers/institution for testing, trials or certification
