Company Profile:
The High Court of Meghalaya was established on the 23rd March, 2013 and inaugurated on the 25th March, 2013. The separate Benches in all States could not be substituted for separate High Courts without amending the said Law. It was only last year that the Act was amended to pave the way for the creation of the separate High Court, the long cherished High Court of Meghalaya.
