Job Description:-

Order To Cash-Voice( Roles and Responsibilities )

· Minimum 2 years B2B Collections experience (Oracle experience is highly desirable) and understanding of deductions .

· Demonstrated experience in calling B2B customers (supported by voice testing)

· Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service

· Intermediate MS Excel skills (supported by testing)

· Problem solving skills

· Basic analysis skills, including ability to perform reconciliations

· Basic understanding of insolvency triggers

· Ability to undertake basic skip tracing

· Basic risk / credit assessment skills

CTC Offered:- 2.0lac-3lac+ Monthly incentives
