Urgently required for a leading KSA based Leading Manufacturing company, manufacturing a variety of low, medium and high voltage electrical construction products- Power Distribution & Control, Electric Switches & Sockets, Cables & Wires, Distribution Transformers, Lighting- compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) products for their Electro Plating Require.
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage, coordinate & control production activities & resources. Effectively in electroplating/painting section and lead a motivated team of employees.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Manage production activity for plating and painting lines.
-Manage production plan to achieve monthly target.
-Ensure good quality of processed components in accordance with standard specification.
-Ensure for 5S / Kaizan requirements related to plating & painting lines products.
-Implement the correct Lab procedures for Chem. Lab. for chemical process (Related to painting & plating lines) monitoring and control.
-Contribute to the constant review of existing methods for potential improvements to process stability, product quality and cost
-Solve technical problems for both painting and plating lines.
-Implement new systems to run the dept with latest technologies & Train staff & labours to run as per system.
-Maintain & develop safety, Fire fighting systems.
-Maintain & develop new systems & procedures related to the dept.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
B.SC (Chemistry)
Minimum Experience:
-Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in platting lines (Fully automated/Semi automated plants for Zinc, TIN &Silver) & have experience in ATOTIC plastic plating lines (gold & silver chrome).
-Have 5 years’ experience as sec. manager.
