Summary:
Support the development and maintenance of the Risk function’s tools for governance, risk and compliance, development of knowledge management solutions and the Risk Intranet.

Support the development of systems and tools within the Risk functions to facilitate effective and efficient
delivery of Risk processes.
Support the wider Project on Risk systems and tools in requirements gathering, gap analysis, defining
business solution requirements, creating functional documents, user acceptance testing to develop
intuitive solutions.
Leverage the use of SharePoint to manage knowledge, processes and deliverables, coordinating content,
design and access rights for individual verticals in Risk and support the development of the new tools.
Develop, customise and implement master pages, views, forms, templates, lists, custom lists, web parts,
master pages, workflows and other custom components on the requirements of each Risk verticals.
Perform quality assurance testing on developed SharePoint sites and web parts.
Refresh and review of the Risk function’s Intranet to aid with sharing of key risk information to the business.
Create good working relationships with stakeholders across the different verticals in Risk and the business.
Support projects and initiatives focused on risk management tools development and implementation.
To participate in the production of MI or other information requirements.
To ensure that you understand and adhere to Prudential’s Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply
with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.
Work with colleagues across locations within the Risk function and the wider Business to ensure that
Prudential UK and its subsidiaries operate within an effective governance framework.
Compliance – To understand and adhere to Prudential’s Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply
with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.
