Our clients engaged in manufacturing in the textile industry with sales across India and abroad has requested to source a effective profile to be CFO. Ideally they are looking at a Chartered Accountant with about 8 plus years relevant experience after articleship.

Job Details

Handle CFO functions providing leadership and guidance to all other connected departments.

Willing to provide hands on training to the team and guide the team in accomplishing the results.

Coordinate Finance, Accounts, Banking and other functions entrusted by the Management, viz., Billing, Reporting, MIS, etc.

Handle communication and co-ordination to and from the MDs Office with employees and clients.

Handle emails to and from MD and other stakeholders

Coordinate with auditors, Company Secretaries, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors and other external consultants.

Provide support in administration interface where required.

Travel to Units when required and also constantly monitor relevant functions at Units

Generating specified reports

Reporting to the MD/Promoters

Skill Set/ Qualities to Possess:

Excellent hands on knowledge of Finance, Accounts, Banking and department interface with practical experience

Handled and developed functional team and set model by example
Excellent Communicator

Excellent Co-ordinator

Willingness to update and learn relevant changes

Flexible based on Management Requirement in handling situations and converting the same into opportunities

High proficiency in English and MS Office

Willingness to travel across India

Minimum Experience: 8 years in relevant domain and atleast 2 years in senior leadership role

Salary Range: Rs 12 Lacs to 18 Lacs per annum CTC

Qualification: Chartered Accountant
