We have an immediate opening for Career/Admission Counselor for Mumbai Location.

Roles and Responsibilities (General)

• Counseling Process Management
• Interact with, Counsel and Convince the Students and Prospects for the Admissions/Enrollments
• Generation Walk-Ins through cold calls
• Handling Walk-Ins, Telephonic and Email Queries and Issues of the Students/Prospects
• Generate Leads of Prospects through various sources
• Convert the Leads (Generated or Provided by SAP) into Admission/
• Plan and Execute
• Handling Marketing Activities
• Handling the existing clients
• Handling the existing students and handling center’s operations
• Meet the Individual Targets
• Daily Sales Reporting
• Maintain Proper Database
• Participate in, Conduct and Organize various Internal and External Workshops, Seminars, Knowledge Sessions, Activities and Events
• Handling general office administration
• Actively Participate in the other Corporate Functions and Processes
• Coordination with SAP responsibly and participation in any seminar, training session or workshop conducted by SAP or Sashakta

Desired Skills:

• Should have good communication, presentation and Convincing Skills

• Should have a pleasing personality.

• Should be flexible in approach towards work (Traveling, handling other departments like admin etc.)

• Should have Understanding of Sales and Marketing Concepts

• Good in Situation Handling
