• Responsible for sales calling in the designated Market
• Implements Client’s Sales Model in the telesales area for opportunity management
• Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
• Serves as communication channel between Sales Head and Client
• Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans
• Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
• Responsible for build a strong network / relationship with clients.
• Should have skills to aid in proposals, documentation.
• Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
• Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.

Required Skill Set
• 6 – 11 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales
• Local language fluency
• Fluent oral and written English
• Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
• Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
• Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
• Willing to work in flexible shifts
