Job Role :
- Supervise group and local regulatory reporting, maintenance of books of accounts and product control. Manage and train team members and provide support to CFO and finance team. Manage and train team members and provide support to CFO and finance team.
- Liaise with external regulatory authorities like SEBI and RBI
- Prepare control procedures, checks for financial statements, supervise book closure for local and organisations HO and monitor reporting for RBI, and organisations network and design accounting plans consistent with regulatory and fiscal laws.
- Lead and train team members, plan, monitor and evaluate performance
- Document norms and guidelines, translate the policies into accounting diagrams and plans, check the same for regulatory requirements and establish procedures for accounting of the same
- Educate, communicate to users the accounting plans and controls to be exercised at user levels
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Regulatory and Head office Authorities
- Deputes for CFO in his absence
