What Kind of work you will be involved in?
Ø Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients.
Ø Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention.
Ø Servicing the need of corporate houses for all the products under his portfolio.
Ø Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products.
Ø Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
Ø This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, products specialists and accounts.
Ø You will be handling a team and setting targets for the team according to their and vintage and need to closely work with them to achieve those targets.
Ideal Candidate
Ø An ideal candidate would be MBAs with strong Corporate sales background with relevant experience.
Ø The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, excellent communication skills, good analytical & presentation skills.
Qualifications: MBA’s with 10-15 years’ experience.:
