The Key Responsibilities would be:
– He would guide a team of executives for Driver sourcing from outstation
– Handle all the sales and plan the strategies to attract more drivers and join with Ola.
-The purpose of this job is to work with, supervise and direct a team of field executives to achieve the attachment target set
-Accountaibility for the performance of Field Executives under him/her
-Prepare and execute short term and long term supply acquisition plan basis business revenue targets
-Prudently plan and allocate supply targets across various attachment channels [Leeching, Field Attachment, Walk-In Attachment and Referrals] -Understand demand pattern with City Marketing Manager and build supply in line
-Forecast supply and build contingency plan to counter dip in supply due to market, competition and lean season
-Deep dive into driver and customer metrics to properly allocate supply
-Design effective incentive plans with the growth team to ensure retention and utilisation
-Ensure high quality of vehicles at the time of attachment and achieve target Quality Audit Ratings
-Ensure high quality of driver partners through focused training and review of Ride Rating
-Sustain quality of existing vehicles and partners through specific driver penalties and driver rewards
-Pro-actively track and counter competitor moves by levering market research & informal networks
-Proven team management skills. Should be able to categorize high yield zones and move team accordingly
Should be ok with 6 days working.
Should be ok for f2f discussion in weekdays.
