Job Description:
Social Media Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+
Deliberate planning and goal setting- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification.
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content management- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
SEO (search engine optimization)
– SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companies social content
– Cultivation of leads and sales
– Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
– Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
– Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
– Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
Website Management
– Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
– Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
– Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
– Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
