• Researching Hotels and destinations to keep yourself updated and to enhance Destination Knowledge
• Preparing attractive and market competitive quotations and sending to clients on timely basis
• Liasing with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps
• Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
• Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets (Domestic / International)
• Handling Bookings of Land Packages, Tours and Transfers invoicing and issuing of Vouchers
• Liasing with Forex Dealers to Buy Forex for Payment to Suppliers
• Conversion of maximum enquiries into confirmed Bookings
• Preparing Day to Day itineraries to be sent to clients
• Keeping a track of payments to be made to suppliers and to be collected from clients
• Ensuring all payments are made and received on a timely basis
• Liasing with the Accounts Team for accounting and invoicing purposes
Salary :15k-20k (1.8 lakh – 2.5lakh)
Location :Kandivali-East
Graduates with degrees in leisure, travel, tourism, management, marketing, IT, business,languages or hotel and catering management may have an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience gained working with tourism or travel trades is mandatory.
