· Core Expertise in Data Migration Testing along with ERP knowledge.

· Preparation of Test plan, Test strategy, Test release plan.

· Coordinating to and fro between customer, application teams and management.

· Complying to all the stipulated Client and internal processes deliverable

· Ability to understand the overall objectives of the customer and the orientation

· Task allocation and ensuring that the team is fully and constructively occupied with project tasks

· Managing leaves within the team to minimize impact on billing.

· Understanding requirements, Creating test scenarios, Creating test scripts, Executing test scripts

Creating test results, Defect Management, Functional impact analysis, should have knowledge of Quality center
