• The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales and marketing process including coordination with our Sales Team in India to build our market base.

• Closely working with Marketing team to promote the brand and its products all over India .

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote company products and maintain customer database

• Explain the product to potential customers and subsequent fixing of appointment with our Regional sales team.

• Follow up and coordinate with Sales team for closure of pending sales and order confirmation for end customers.

• Conduct Customer and marketing surveys to keep tab on Customer feedback and queries.

• Proper documentation for all the Customer queries and follow up for quick resolutions.

• Forwarding of mails and sms’s regarding marketing promotions and upcoming events.

• Researching and fixing up appointments with Major educational institutes and offices and help in coordination for smooth execution of Product Demonstrations.
