Position Summary: Assurance Tier 2

Responsibilities:

Part of the ServiceAssurance team handing customer complaints

Key tasks include troubleshooting troubleticket management fault management

Experience:

3 years of Telecom experience preferably in Telecom Network management

Experience in managing copper network in leading Telco

Skill Requirement:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Exposure to NOC operations

Demonstrated approach to problem solving

Excellent knowledge in telecom networks

Exposure to telecom technologies such as FTTB FTTN VDSL etc

Exposure in Trouble-ticket systems

Preferred working experience in DSLAM Alcatel 7330 7302 switches Alcatel EMS

Experience in network element configuration and troubleshooting.

Readiness to work in Australian shifts :
