Overview
- Experience in supporting Document & Archive Management applications such as Opentext, Documentum; but also SharePoint ECM.
- Preferably a previous knowledge of dealing with Document Management administrative tasks.
- Structured approach to dealing with application issues and tasks
- Skills in windows scripting and/or XML would be an advantage
- Knowledge of debugging java code would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and able to work in an international team of experts.
- Ability to give online training and support at an international level.
