We have few openings in Recruitment(IT/Non IT) both in Middle level and Senior Level and HR Function. The candidate should have good communication skills and shall have a basic degree in Bsc, Diploma, BE, with Management degrees like, MBA, PGDBM, BBM with HR as specialization, with relevant experience in the industry from 1-5 years, depending upon the position applied for.
Recruitment:
- Core Experience in IT Recruitment.
- Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle – Sourcing, Screening,
- Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
- Client Handling
- Analyzing the requirements.
- Head hunting, Screening, Short listing & Interviewing Candidates.
- Reviewing each candidate’s academic background, applications and college transcripts to determine eligibility hiring status.
- Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.
- Conducting preliminary test for specific request from clients.
- Coordinating for the HR round interview.
- Negotiating with the candidates for CTC.
- Maintaining the database in Excel sheet.
- Effectively acting in the team for bringing out the best and directing towards producing the desired results.
HR:
- Understanding the HR Policies and Procedures of the Organization.
- Induction of new joiners.
- Taking care of entire joining formalities.
- Handling Employees queries and guiding them with organizational policies.
- Ensuring cordial employee-management relations in the organization, by encouraging employees to voice their opinions on common platforms and inviting suggestion.
- Stabilizing new processes in the team.
- Exit Interviews and analyzing the major reasons for attrition
