Job Responsibility:
– Delivering training sessions as per the required schedule
– Creating and upgrading content for various modules on Language, Soft Skills, other relevant
training programs and enhancing the employability prospects of the trainees
– Regular evaluation & assessments of the trainees
– Counsel the students & monitor regular progress
– Stay up-to-date with the changing trends in various exams/ assessments, trainings
– Identify the need, analyse and suggest the best option, in consultation with the front desk
team
– Giving seminars in various institutions, as per the requirement
Candidate Profile:
– Must have min 1-7 years of experience in Language Training & Soft Skills Training to diverse
group of trainees
– Excellent counselling Skills
– Experience in developing content as per the requirements
– High preference to candidates who have trained on IELTS/ TOEFL
– Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skills. Should be able to communicate effectively
in Kannada (for a junior trainer).
– Highly professional, well-groomed & pleasing personality
– Should be comfortable with travelling, if required
– Should have own laptop
– MUST have relevant certifications in soft skills & English Language training

Salary : 8,000-35,000. Somebody with 5years or more of experience will be considered for role of
Training Manager (salary can be anywhere between 20,000-35,000, salary would be 8,000-15,000
for a trainer with 1-4 years experience):
