Job Responsibility
– Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals of clients
– Build a network and pipeline of healthcare professionals for National & International
placements.
– Source and screen candidates to meet the high volume of open positions
Candidate Profile:
– Must have min 2-4 years experience in healthcare recruitment
– MUST have worked in an agency specifically working on healthcare recruitments (national
and international, preferably UK & Ireland markets) for various profiles
– Excellent follow-through, written and verbal communication skills
– Highly organised and with a know-how of various sourcing channels.
Please note that we are looking for candidates who have done recruitments in healthcare
recruitment agency and NOT in a hospital/Clinic
Salary : 15,000-25,000 depending upon the experience, skills and interview:
