Roles and Responsibility
? Running a pathology diagnostic Laboratory
? Decided on an area/place where there is a requirement of a diagnostic centre in order to have less competition and more no. of customers for check ups
? Train 3-4 phlebotomists, to go and get the blood sample collected from the patient’s home or from the doctor’s clinic
? Employ 1 senior Lab Technician and 1 junior technician to carefully perform test with the respective Machines and Equipments
? Setting up the Lab with the required equipments and machines, to perform the listed tests
? Signing reports and supervising the tests, making sure the result obtained is legit and accurate
? Talk with doctors and tie up with hospitals in order to have a continuous flow of customers
? Do Branding and prepare Marketing Material with keeping in mind, a future goal of setting up chains of Diagnostic centres across Mumbai
? Do Marketing and Advertising, mentioning the services and tests being provided
? Promotional Activities to increase awareness and thereby increase no. of customers
? Generation of revenue by maintaining the outflow and putting in efforts to increase the inflow
