The Manager / Senior Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
Prepares and presents proposed solutions and benefits to clients/senior management
Completes plans, estimates and schedules for projects
On approval of project, produces budget & resource forecasts for projects
Manages all phases of design, construction and technical implementation of projects
Ensures the effective use of project resources. Tracks project progress against plans and ensures project targets are met.
Initiates and controls complex negotiations with a wide range of project related parties, including peers, clients and senior management.
Ensures compliance with the company’s’ strategies, architectures, standards etc.
Obtains project commitment and sign-off authority from all relevant parties
Formulates plans for the professional development of project staff. Manages the annual Performance Assessment Reviews of team members.
Prepare Billing details and raise Invoices.
Contributes to the overall planning process for companies.
Undertake process improvement and QA initiatives by defining standards and contributing to the creation of Process Documents.
