Responsible for developing strong working relationship with the General Manager, management team and employees. In collaboration with the management team enable effective organisation design and development; MPP, resourcing and manage employee relations in alignment with the business goals and objectives.
Build strong relationships with the EMEA shared service team based in the UK including the HR Operations Manager; Compensation Partner, L&D Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Ensure the maintenance of the company HRIS, Workday and personnel files and records.
Responsible for on-boarding and the preparation of local contracts and related documentation.
Reviews and approves personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and terminations in various HR systems/ tools.
Implementation and coordination of company performance review process and L&D activities.
Participates in the design and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures (may be global, regional or local)
Create and compile reports as required such as turnover, headcount and recruitment statistics
Manage the local recognition awards
Working with the HRD responsible for ensuring that remunerations is managed fairly and consistently in line with the company policy, may be involved in the annual merit and bonus cycles.
