Job Description
1. Continuously work to improve Accounts & Commercial procedures, standards and policies sticking to regulatory guidelines.
2. Discovering areas that are not in line with statutory regulation and risk assessment.
3. Ensuring that all business heads understand and adhere to contractual obligations. Ensuring that the financial aspects and the impact of a contract are clear to all of them
4. To contribute in identifying and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of receivables and logistic support.
5. Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
6. To provide timely and accurate MIS as required time to time.
7. To assist in providing financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
8. Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
9. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls and monitoring the effectiveness of the existing controls.
10. Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid cost overruns on a timely basis
