Job Description
1 Responsible for getting the Temperature Mapping done on time at Warehouse & Other
Storage Units at various temperature
2 Temperature Monitoring
3 Maintaining and controlling All India data.
4 Upgrading the quality of the QMS – Cold chain systems.
5 SOP – Rollout / Review / Update
6 Manage the customer – front ending the meetings.
7 Ensure performance qualification studies are conducted in defined timelines of the product
storage areas.
8 Conduct and manage the performance qualification studies of the cold chain shipping
packages with respect to the temperature sustainability duration.
9 Responsible for preparing the temperature Mapping/Validation /Qualification Protocols.
10 Recommend optimal cold chain transportation modes, equipment, or frequency
11 Responsibilities for managing the transport carrier’s non-compliance.
12 Ensure that the temperature monitoring devices are calibrated and are traceable to a
national /international standard.
13 Ensure Calibration reports are reviewed before acceptance
14 Responsible for preparing for Cold Chain KPI’s
15 Prepare and Submit Monthly MIS reports based on Cold chain KPI’s
16 Assist the Quality Department at the time of Quality Audits
