Oversee warehouse management and assuring optimal inventory levels (including feasibility assessment of new warehouse and opening)
Develop relationship with key local vendors Manage transport association issues
Check C and F/freight transport bills and provide inputs to finance on the basis of recommendations received from AOs (for service level appropriateness)
Ensure appropriate training to C and Fs on best practices in logistics services
Monitor (in coordination with sales team) the assistance provided by C and F in sales and marketing activities
Put in place best in class logistics processes and practices in line with corporate Logistics
Identify and implement inbound-outbound coordination opportunities
Generate necessary Logistics MIS reports for review by regional leadership team:
