Job Description (CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE)
* CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE – OUTBOUND AND INBOUND VOICE (NO SALES , NO TARGET)
*Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process .
*Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
*Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills and in written English as well.
*Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 1 Week Off (rotational)
*Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts as per business requirement, Candidates should also be flexible with Rotational shifts.

Salary Package:
1.8 to 3.5 LACS P/A for outbound and inbound voice process (Graduates mandatory for this profile)
Non voice : 1.4-3.5 lakh p.a

Salary package will depend on the performance of once interview, experience and once last drawn salary.
