Job Description
1) Collecting relevant information from Customer for creating customer registration.
2) Purchase order entry and generation of Tax invoice and other documents pertaining to despatch of material.
3) Ensuring the submission of Invoice/other document to customer as per the customer’s requirement.
4) Close coordination between sales & production for daily production planning based on customer requirement.
5) Providing priority to production department to satisfy customer by timely delivery.
6) Effective communication with customer in a professional and friendly manner
7) Coordination with Business Development head for price approval and maintaining customer wise price list.
8) Tracking sales orders to ensuring the delivery of goods to customer.
9) Handling complaints pertaining to delayed delivery.
10)Resolving invoicing related issues with customers.
11)Building relationship with customer and making regular follow up for orders.
12)Co-ordination with the field staff and supervision of pickup and collection team, packaging and despatch of material.
13)Proper filing of documents related to entire sales process.
14)Responsible for payment follow up.

He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC’s, and engineering industries.
