Critical accountability:

Contacting pre generated leads (domestic & international) through telephone calls and e-mails. No cold calling

Understanding the prospective students’ background, aspiration and eligibility.

Counseling them on online learning programs offered by U18.

Providing information about various courses available to the prospects and guiding them about the best course suitable for them.

Follow-up and conversion of the leads into admissions

Making various sales related reports and complying with the call quality standards.

Desired profile:

Preferred experience: 0-4 years in sales/voice/ international BPO process

Should be confident, good team player and possess above average communication skills.

Must have high-quality presentation and convincing skills

Should be able to handle work pressure and meet target
