Position Title: HR Manager (Female candidate)

Experience : 3 – 5 years from placement field or interiors field

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021.

CTC: Rs. 2.5 Lac pa. – 4.00 lac pa

Job Description:

• Must have all experience of Statutory Compliance.

• Must be from EPC Industry or a Corporate or a Placement Industry with previous working knowledge of recruitment industry.

• PF, PT, TDS, ESIC knowledge is important.

• Working of salary details for employees.

• Look after on boarding activities.

• Addressing grievances and monitoring staff at all times.

• Ensuring staff are retained and managed well in office.

• Appraisals knowledge

• Conduct staff welfare activities.

• Need to carry out disciplinary actions if required.

• Strategically planning of salary and involved in salary computation including deductions.
