Key Responsibilities & Functions-
• Handling end to end IT recruitment involving sourcing, intial screening interviews(telephonic/F2F) of candidates & providing summary for profiles to stakeholders
• Managing stakeholder relationship, frequent follow up & rapport building with all the hiring managers regarding different recruitment
• Scheduling and co-ordinating interviews between candidates & hiring managers with frequent follow ups & managing interviews on time
• Taking timely feedback from hiring managers regarding different positions.
• Maintianing MIS for the entire recruitment cycle.
• Frequent follow ups with HR for offer release and timely intimation to candidates regarding the same to avoid back outs.
• Conducting drives to fulfill higher no. of positions and meet the TAT.
• Taking care of the post recruitment and follow up with candidates for their joining.
