Responsible for Talent Management, PMS, C&B and other strategic HR implementation at Port Paradip of our client.
Responsible for mapping the training needs and Training & Development of employees at Port Paradip of our client.
Responsible for all talent acquisition at Port Paradip.
Responsible for Employee engagement programs implementation.
Responsible for HR budget and MIS of our client’s organization level.
