Product Development Associate (Content Development):

Skill Set:

1. Subject matter expert:

a. A passion towards Math & Science with strong subject knowledge.

b. Should be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications.

2. Ability to create assessments across various platforms:

a. Creation of original questions for tests to cater to our Classroom programme.

b. Drafting of problem statements: Creation of content (subjectspecific)

to support

learning through interactive simulations (NO knowledge of coding required)

c. Creation of assignments/practise supplements for students to give them

sufficient space for learningthroughpractice

3. Real time assessment of students:

a. Ability to assess students’ learning curve by analyzing their performance in our

regular tests.

b. Modification of existing content and/or creation of new content to the current

requirements.

4. Excellent communication skills verbal

and written:

a. Love for writing: Writing good articles for K10 & K12 segments both

subject

specific and generic.

b. Delivering articles for our website and for Educational Magazines for our

partners, globally.

5. Adaptability and quick learning:

a. Understand dynamic product requirements and delivering within deadlines.
