Details about the position:
Position: MT – B2B – Collections
Location: Hyderabad
Requisites:
– Graduate with 5years+ of experience in Credit & Collections
– Has strong understanding of O2C Cycle
– Strong Communication – Both Written and Vocal
– Must have a proven track record of successfully collecting the past due receivables
– Hands on people management
– Has rigor towards strong controllership and quality
Responsibilities:
– Experience in B2B collections, chargeback and dispute management
– Allocation of incoming payments on a daily bases
– Acquirement of payment details
– Calling business to business for collecting payment and pledges
– Monthly preparation of statements of accounts and sending to clients
– Responsible for communicating with the business (email/call)
– Credit management
– Customer Billing
