We assist companies in controlling their software license and maintenance costs by addressing Software asset management and IT asset management issues.
By improving management of the software asset life cycle, we help companies avoid and reduce costs, whether by reviewing people, process, and technology areas against the ISO 19770-1 and ITIL standards, or by providing specific vendor/brand licensing assistance services to optimize a particular area of software-related spend.
End to end delivery of licensing advisory projects – Advise customers on new licensing contracts, product licensing, asset management – Conduct software licensing compliance audits for various software compliance programs – Prepare ELP (Effective license position) reports of compliance engagements – Manage relationship with new/existing clients and explore cross/up sell opportunities – Coordinate and engage with different stake holders for executing licensing engagement – Meet yearly revenue quota of assigned program
Managing Software Compliance, Software Asset Management, Risk Assessment, Royalty reviews. Analysis of Raw data to find the actual software entitlement and deployment in customer environmental, Unix Scripts, Windows Scripts and various research databases like Thomson Research, Hoovers and OneSource.
