jd Key Deliverables:
1) To maintain engineering parameters like steam, compressed air, cooling tower results, Screw chiller. VAHP and Heat Reactivated Air Dryer. etc.
2) To plan & carry out periodically preventive maintenance of utility equipment like compressed air system. Screw chiller, Boiler, AHU, Dust collector, Pumps.
3) To plan & carry out URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ of utility equipment Document Prepare and Execution.
4) To plan & carry out schedule qualification of AHU & Air Compressor as per schedule. And Parameter to be check as per Guide line.
5) To prepare monthly expenses provision, Utility consumption, and DOER report (monthly and daily report0
6) To prepare utility SOP as per c GMP requirement, training to all concern person for respective SOP.
7) To maintain documents like utility SOP, Preventive maintenance record of AHU , Boiler , VAHP, Screw Compressor, Air compressor, Air drying unit, Dust collector, water system, Dehumidifier, Documentation and Record of utility parameters.
8) Up gradation of existing system likes VAHP, cooling tower, Air handling unit and Dust Collector System.
9) To Maintain Temperature / RH and Differential Pressure in Respective area.
10) To maintain operation of Window A/ c and Split A/ C, water cooler, DX System, healthy & working condition.
11) To Maintain critical spares for Boiler, Air Compressor, Screw Compressor, AHU, and Filters.
12) To Knowledge of how to maintain Building Maintenance.
13) To Knowledge of SAP System raise PR, bills certify & service entry for certified bills of utility area job work.
14) Audit knowledge / direct exposure like MHRA, WHO, USFDA, etc.
