Role specific skillsets:

• Releasing all local & international payment of various vendors.

• Updation of cash flow on daily basis for routine payments & also weekly cash flow for forthcoming payments of the month to make more helpful to treasury dept for funding accordingly.

• Communicating with bankers for payments & receipts information.

• Bank reconciliation on Daily basis to close our books as per the bank statement & pass necessary JV’s if required for non accounting of entries, bank charges on NEFT, RTGS payments. Cash discount not accounted etc..

• Monthly reconciliation of all vendors to sort out issues.

• Resolving queries with the vendors for the open line items appearing in the reconciliation.

• Communication with Vendors for resolving all various issues related to Price difference, credit note copies etc.

• Preparations Of Cheques, DDs, form 15 CB CA For Vendor Payments

• Handling Petty Cash & Payment to Staff and office expenses

• Making Statutory payment i.e TDS & Service tax Professional Tax, PF payment.

• Filing TDS return.

• Preparations Of Cheque’s, DD’s For Vendor Payments

• Booking of Sales Invoices .
