Key Responsibilities:
? Independently work on surveyresearch projects from start to finish.
? Collaborate with or assist otherteam members on survey research projects.
? Review survey questionnaire andrecommend appropriate design changes.
? Program survey questionnaire usingonline survey tool and have it ready for
deployment either as an open link orvia survey mailing list.
? Collect survey data, performsanity checks, and conduct relevant analysis
(basic/advanced) and summarizeresults.
? Discuss results with the clientand assist them with interpretation.
? Prepare a summary PPT deck topresent survey results in a clear and concise
Manner.
Skills:
? Strong sense of client service:Should be committed to meeting or exceeding
client expectations on quality andtimeliness of work.
? Strong oral communication: Shouldbe able to talk to clients in a confident,
assertive manner, clarifydoubts/questions and manage expectations from start to
finish.
? Strong written communication:Should be able to express thoughts clearly and
concisely via email.
? Survey research and analysis: Goodunderstanding of survey research and analysis
methods is preferred.
? Analytic bent of mind: Should gobeyond standard deliverables, explore
different ways to mine data andidentify insights.
? Basic Statistical knowledge:Should have a good understanding of the
fundamentals of statistics and howthat applies to data analysis.
? Advanced statistical analysis:Practical knowledge of advanced statistical analysis
like regression analysis, factoranalysis, cluster analysis etc. is preferred.
? Proficiency with one or morestatistical tools like SPSS, SAS, Minitab is
preferred.
? Proficiency with Excel is a must.
? Proficency with PPT is a must.Practical knowledge of infographics is preferred.

Qualifications:
? BE + MBA is preferred
? BSC (preferably in statistics/mathematics/economics) + MBA will also be
considered
? 4-5 years of relevant experience
Work timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
