Asst. Receptionist/Receptionist/GRE-Based on the years of Exp.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the lounge in a warm, courteous and professional manner

• Welcome the guest from Check In Counter to the Lounge and from Lounge to Boarding area.

• Understand all the offerings and facilities of the lounge in order to explain them to guests

• Be able to assist guests with specific requests in the lounge

• Interact with passengers

• Maintain company standards of grooming and personal hygiene

• Build rapport with guests and aim for 100% customer satisfaction

• Report any customer feedback (complaints and compliments) and take remedial action where possible

Education:

• 1) HSC passed with min 2 yr exp from service Industry

• 2) Hospitality/Aviation Graduate with 1 yr exp from service Industry

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 year back ground in the hospitality industry

Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English and any additional language will be a plus

• Team player with positive attitude

Demonstrated Competencies to be Successful in the Position:

• Engaging – enthusiastic, service oriented approach

• Inspiring – outgoing approach, full of energy

• Achieving – delivering excellent service under pressure, customer focus, excellent grooming standards and is flexible
