We have opening with our company called as HNL Systems Pvt Ltd. We specialize in the manufacturing, sales and after sales service of industrial and human safety, production efficiency and environmental control equipment focused on:
»Explosive and Toxic monitors for Human safety and Industrial hygiene.
»Environmental control systems for pollution control, quality control and emission control applications.
»Industrial safety, preventative maintenance, leak detection and organizational productivity.
»Monitoring and diagnostic systems for process analysis, fuel efficiency, dust particulate monitoring and energy management.
»Research and Development laboratories for atomic and nuclear safety.

Position – Technical Manager – Instrumentation/ Electronics
Location – Mumbai – Andheri (W)
Salary – Open
Qualification – Degree / Dip or BE / B.Tech- in Electronics or Instrumentation Eng. Graduate preferred. or BSc. in Physics.
Experience- 8 years +
To provide instrumentation support for New Technical Development in Organization. Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and modifications of industrial process control instrumentation. Assist with engineering and evaluation of new instrumentation and process control systems. Prepare and organize technical documentation and operational procedures. Keep for new product developement.
Responsibilities:
· Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and modify process control instrumentation, electronic, electromechanical, and process control devices or systems for process development applications.
· Ensure all process systems and associated subsystems are operated and maintained in the following manner:
· All instrument calibrations are performed at the appropriate interval and completed by the assigned due date.
· All equipment operation is in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations, procedures, and policies.
· Ensure/maintain all process equipment and areas in a constant state of inspection readiness; specifically, but not limited to, the following:
· Cleanliness
· Personnel and equipment Safety
· Area maintained in an organized fashion.
· Continuously evaluate the operation of all process systems and associated subsystems. Identify specific process improvement needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades.
· Continuously evaluate all calibration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and applicability. Submit appropriate change requests to correct any deficiencies discovered. Create new SOPs or Master Data Templates (MDTs) and procedures equipment/system related.
· Collect and organize technical data from equipment manufacturers, equipment users and Engineering personnel. Assist with identification, purchase of new instruments and spare parts.
· Assist with design and perform evaluations of new instrumentation, technologies as well as control system start up and commissioning as required.
· Program/configure Programmable Logic Computers (PLC), microprocessor-based controllers, and data loggers.
