1, Customer Support with Inbound Sales/Up selling-Telecom Industry.

Upselling- A strategy to sell a more expensive version of a product that the customer already has (or is buying), or to add extra features or add-ons to that product. Customer servicing cum an Upselling process.

2, Customer Support with Retention & Sales for Tech Product.

Retaining with auto renewal / providing instant remedies to retain customers.

3, Technical Support with Tech Sales. Primarily providing customer servicing and selling Antiviruses.

4, Pure Technical Support Process for Antivirus / Operating Systems/Networking like Installation / Re-Installation / Troubleshooting etc.
