Duties:
The salesConsultant is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potentialnew members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.
Qualifications& Requirements :
Must have positiveattitude and be able to motivate staff in a positive manner.
Be self-motivatedand have strong sales skills which includes the ability to close deals.
Should possessgood organizational and management skills.
Bepromotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through companyrequired outreach programs.
Must be able toaccept management direction and adhere to Company polices.
Must be willingto learn and adhere to new systems as Company continues to grow.
Achieve acceptablelevel of units per month on an ongoing basis.
Thoroughunderstanding of all company policies and procedures.
College degreepreferred.
High schooldiploma and some college courses completed is required.

He has a cross- functional expertise having worked in Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Selection and Training. corporate planning.
In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC’s, and engineering industries.
