Conduct technically field investigations, communicate results effectively to all parties and coordinate follow-up
– Provide technical training to field sales staff and customers as needed Participate in design and creation of training materials that increase brand value
– Organize and plan training sessions for Customers and sales team
– Provide the proper reporting documentation for both the management and the principle
– Have strong product knowledge and working knowledge of tire industry.
– detail oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, organized, strong verbal and written communication, strong computer skills.
– Able to handle passenger car, light & heavy commercial vehicles and OTR tires.
Preferred Candidature:
– Bilingual (Arabic + English)
– Presentable
– Tire industry experience
– Successful record in handling similar position
– Proficiency in use of balancing, tire changing, alignment and power tools software, conducting data analysis and creating technical reports
– Successful record in training others
– Having GCC driving license
– Well versed in MS office
