Summary:
The EU Talent Acquisition, Operations and Customer Service Recruiting team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, customer-focused team player to join its team of Recruitment Coordinators who support the Recruitment team in scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling a high number of candidate interviews (primarily telephone interviews and secondarily in-house interviews)
- Communicating with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status)
- Managing the candidate expenses reimbursement process
- Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved
- Supporting the recruitment coordination team with ad-hoc tasks
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good computer skills, including Outlook (advanced level), Excel and Word
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent business communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to work within a dynamic business of internet retail and logistics, and commit the time required to get the job done
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European languages are highly desirable
