Pleasant, charming, dynamic, authoritative, well groomed, IT savvy, sound family, financial and cultural background, preferably well travelled female who loves children and likes to be among them. A good understanding of arts, crafts and sports and capable of innovating novel ways of making the curriculum interesting and fun for the children. She should lead from the front and more by setting an example and motivating the team. Settled ladies with at least one or two children will be preferred. The candidate should be able to demonstrate her inclination and involvement with children.
The vision of the candidate should match and be compatible with the vision of the preschool.
The candidate should be capable of integrating IT and creating new and worthwhile experiences for children.
Education: PG in language/ arts/ humanities/ social sciences with a special training in preschool education and early years qualifications from any of the following:
• B.Ed/ M.Ed in ECE (Early Childhood Education)
• Dip. ECCE (Early Child Care and Education)
• Dip. Montessori education (For Montessori)
• EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) of the British Curriculum to also apply.
Experience: exposure to western schools in India and abroad teaching this age group for at least 8-10 years. or at least 3-5 years experience in similar capacity
