Job Description :

1.Relationship Officer- Retail Liabilities Group:-

. To acquire customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank,

from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, corporate.

. To cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc.

. To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.

. Effectively carrying out Customer Relationship Management, through managing existing client relations and expanding client base.

. Provide new products knowledge and loan schemes to customers and solving their issues and queries, with in timeline.

. Providing solutions to customer queries and requests by coordinating with various departments

-Strategic planning for achieving the revenue target.
